Did you know that…The sandwich as we know it today was invented by John Montaugh – the Earl of Sandwich in 1762. It is thought he got the idea from his travels to Greece and Turkey though! It’s believed that versions of sandwiches could be traced all the way to the 1st century BC in ancient Babylon!
