Overview:
In today’s fact we learn about the Yule Log! Mr. Toes teaches us where the Yule Log comes from and how it was originally used.
The Fact a Day:
The Yule Log dates back to before medieval times. Originally a Nordic tradition, the log used to be the whole tree! It would be brought into the house and the largest end would be placed into the fire while the rest of the tree stuck out into the room and slowly fed into the fire through the 12 days of Christmas.
